SMS Consent & Opt-In Terms

NW Advisors Group Inc. may send SMS text messages to clients and prospective clients who have:
- Provided verbal consent during a phone call or in-person consultation
- Opted in via a webform using clearly labeled checkboxes on our website
We do not collect SMS opt-in via mobile keywords (e.g., "Text EXIT to 12345") or app-based enrollments at this time.
Types of Messages
We may send two types of SMS messages:
1. Non-Marketing Messages
These include appointment confirmations, reminders, document status updates, and support communications related to our services.
2. Marketing Messages
These include promotional offers, invitations to events, special announcements, and educational content related to timeshare ownership.
Consent & Frequency
Consent is not required to purchase any product or service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
How We Collect Consent
We use two opt-in methods:
- Verbal Consent: Provided by the customer during a recorded phone call or in-person meeting.
- Webform Consent: Via optional checkboxes located on contact or intake forms. These checkboxes are not pre-checked and are not required to submit the form. By checking the box next to the SMS disclaimer on our website forms, you are voluntarily consenting to receive SMS communications from NW Advisors Group. Consent is optional and not required to submit the form.
Your Privacy
We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
